How To Use Dovo Straight Razor Paste

The Dovo straight razor paste that I sell is very easy to use, just remember it need's to be applied to a separate surface either a dedicated strop or balsa wood for example because you need to keep your daily use strop free of abrasive's.
At first sign of edge degradation take the straight razor and perform 10 stropping stroke's with the black paste, now if that doesn't bring the edge back perform 10 stroke's using the red paste then do 10 stroke's on the black paste. Be sure to thoroughly clean the blade before taking it to your daily strop and do 60/60 stroke's linen/leather.
With the above routine you should be able to keep your straight razor in true shave ready condition for around a year before needing to take the razor to the hone's or sending out to a honemeister.
