When I get people in my barbershop talking about traditional wet shaving (a topic which always come's up) a lot of guy's are put off trying a traditional straight razor for a number of reasons, they don't want the hassle of learning to hone a razor, performing edge maintenance to keep the razor in "shave ready" condition and also the skill of stropping a straight razor (you must strop a razor before every use) so my advice to these guy's is to make a simple change to begin with.....which is to throw out the canned shaving cream and pick up a genuine badger hair shaving brush and some quality shaving cream and/or soap.......that change will make a massive difference in your wetshaving experience, let me explain in more detail.
