Previous Honing - Thiers Issard "Le Dandy"

TI straight razors I always have enjoyed working on.......although I have to say that the last few "Le Dandy" model razors I've had in have took much more work than normal to reach true shave ready condition. The geometry on the backside of the razors has not been meeting with the frontside correctly to form a nice even bevel, some have been worse than others but it has been the same fault with them all.
Don't get me wrong once its sorted they shave just as well as any other model, the steel is fine just alot more work to set a solid bevel.
